Title: Relational Algebra Simulator

Abstract:
Relational algebra and relational calculus are the mathematical basis for relational databases developed by E.F. Codd. The motivation behind this thesis is to explore the ways to learn the relational algebra with database systems practically. Relational Algebra Simulator is a tool which interprets the relational algebra queries and executes it on apache derby database. This application will help serve the students to build relational queries and execute without worrying about installing database on their computer and also helps professors to explain the subject with ease.
