Abstract:
This tool is a geographic computer interactive tool that will make the students interested in the world history and also give them an idea about some of the important world explorers and the routes that they took during their voyage. It’s a GIS tool which shows the world map, with links placed at important places where the explorer halted during the voyage. Students get to see videos and pictures during that period. Students can start this application and start playing around with the tool in which they can learn about some of the explorers, have a look at their basic profiles – some rare pictures and then of course trace their journey.
