The following forms are in PDF format and require the Acrobat Reader. These forms are also available in the hall outside of the department offices (GMCS-415).
Computer science majors must satisfy degree requirements listed in the SDSU catalog the year they started the program. Majors must fill out the major outline for their degree requirements and have it approved by an undergraduate advisor. Contact an undergraduate advisor if you have any questions.
Computer Science minors must have their minor outline approved by a Computer Science advisor.
